Aid Station 1: Last Runner should be in by 8:45am. I will leave it up to the aid-station captain to decide to allow any runner to continue. Please use good judgment, however it will be easier to transport folks back to the starting line from the next 3 aid-stations, as this one is out of the way a bit. Please keep this in mind while using good judgment.  🙏

Breaking down aid-station should start promptly at 8:45. but food and water should remain available to the course sweeper until at least the course sweeper has made it through. Aid-Station Captains should have radio communications if within 1.5-2 miles from one another, via radios supplied by TCT. Breakdown can be earlier if it is confirmed that all runners have passed, and the course sweeper has made it through.

This is a basic Aid-Station with only 4.4 miles into the run, runners shouldn't need much more that water.

will have Grab & Go snacks but no hot food.

Aid Station 2: Last Runner should be in by 12pm. Breaking down aid-station should start promptly at 12pm. But food and water should remain available to the course sweeper until at least the course sweeper has passed. Breakdown can be earlier if it is confirmed that all runners have passed in the course sweeper has made it through.

Aid Station 3: Last Runner should be in by 3pm. At this point if a runner hasn't made the cut-off time they should be pulled from course. This is for timely breakdown of aid-stations, and we value our volunteer's time. But depending on the experience of the aid-station Captain, in the circumstances this rule may be bent a little bit, use best judgment. Aid-station should be broken down by 3:30 or after course sweeper has passed.

Aid Station 4: Last Runner should be in by 5:15pm. At this point all runners not making cutoff should be pulled & transported to either finish line or Craig County Fair Grounds.  Keep food and water available for the course sweepers till 5:45pm.
